We were helped by Brendan and Kyle and they were very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and helpful! They even threw in a free lighter when we realized we didn’t have one (we were traveling). Very friendly staff. A decent selection of products, not too many but enough to find something you’ll like. I like the set up they have for flower. Indica on one side, Sativa on the other. I am not a consumer but recently visited Riverbend because we have been friends with Eddie and his family for a very long time. I knew the dispensary would require hard work and good business sense, but I was confident it would be successful because Eddie is a very good businessman. The shop is easy to navigate, and the staff is super friendly and approachable. I could see the customers were satisfied with the product selection and pricing. Congratulations to Eddie and his partner Rudy for creating a customer friendly dispensary and wonderful workplace of satisfied and knowledgeable employees. Let me start with the employees have always been the most pleasant to deal with. They get a 5 star rating. The staff that I have dealt with makes that place worth going to in my opinion. I bought something I felt wasn’t right. Long story short the next time I went I mentioned it to someone.  They instantly got someone above themselves to assist.  The answer was satisfactory, I thought.  The reason I was given, I found, seemed to only be applicable to this one pre roll.  Every other one I have gotten is as labeled.  I’m assuming she was just misinformed.  My biggest complaint is the lack of stock.  It seems to be so many things are out of stock so often so if you don’t get it quick while it’s on the menu, you might not get it at all. And the rewards program. Where is it???? A whole lotta people have missed out on a whole lotta points.  Would be nice if once it’s up and running they go back and give us the retro points or something. UPDATED 2/5/2024 there was a little mix up over the points system and though the confusion was on our part but Lacy took time out of her day to come out and talk for an extended period of time and thoroughly explained everything.  As much as I love their products and will return for those endlessly, the return really comes in the customer service you receive each time you enter.  From your initial encounter at the desk until your goodbye at the desk on the way out it is a light hearted enjoyable experience. And any issues are also handled in a very diplomatic manner.  You are thoroughly listened to and appreciated as an individual and it is proven with every visit! Thanks Lacy and team you're a true asset to Warren St. and Hudson, NY! I needed some gummies for laughs and some for sleeping as well. Gabriel was a gem and completely listened to my needs. He told me if they don’t work to come back and we would keep at it until we find something that does work. Gabriel is a great person who knows his marijuana and will help you learn as well. I love Riverbend Dispensary. All of the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I always feel welcomed and always get tons of help every time I come in. They have a wide range and variety of products from cannabis products to smoking accessories and the pricing is really reasonable compared to other places in Hudson!! *edit 9/7* shout out to th door man for having a quarter at the ready for me when he saw the meter man coming. You can't get much better than that for customer service ✌🏼 Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection. During our annual visit to Hudson, my wife and I found ourselves at Riverbend. In a bright and cheery atmosphere we encountered friendly knowledgeable budtenders, a well laid out floor plan and any product you could possibly want. Quite reasonably priced to boot. Highly recommend. Budtenders always make it a good time for me to learn about their products so I’m getting the right thing. The selection is large, but still easy to navigate. I think anyone who has been driving to MA to get their cannabis now has a very good reason to purchase here instead. They have an incredible collection, and I daresay the pricing is also better which surprised me. When you see their products online keep in mind those prices already include all taxes.
