We were helped by Brendan and Kyle and they were very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and helpful! They even threw in a free lighter when we realized we didn’t have one (we were traveling). It was a nice place with high quality products, and they helped us figure out what we were looking for from their selection which made it a pleasant and easy experience!

Very friendly staff. A decent selection of products, not too many but enough to find something you’ll like. I like the set up they have for flower. Indica on one side, Sativa on the other. Makes it easier to find what you’re looking for, and the staff is more than happy to provide answers to any questions you may have.

I am not a consumer but recently visited Riverbend because we have been friends with Eddie and his family for a very long time. I knew the dispensary would require hard work and good business sense, but I was confident it would be successful because Eddie is a very good businessman. The shop is easy to navigate, and the staff is super friendly and approachable. I could see the customers were satisfied with the product selection and pricing. Congratulations to Eddie and his partner Rudy for creating a customer friendly dispensary and wonderful workplace of satisfied and knowledgeable employees. Their hard work has resulted in a great business.

Let me start with the employees have always been the most pleasant to deal with. They get a 5 star rating. The staff that I have dealt with makes that place worth going to in my opinion. I bought something I felt wasn’t right. Long story short the next time I went I mentioned it to someone. They instantly got someone above themselves to assist. The answer was satisfactory, I thought. The reason I was given, I found, seemed to only be applicable to this one pre roll. Every other one I have gotten is as labeled. I’m assuming she was just misinformed. My biggest complaint is the lack of stock. It seems to be so many things are out of stock so often so if you don’t get it quick while it’s on the menu, you might not get it at all. And the rewards program. Where is it???? A whole lotta people have missed out on a whole lotta points. Would be nice if once it’s up and running they go back and give us the retro points or something. UPDATED 2/5/2024 there was a little mix up over the points system and though the confusion was on our part but Lacy took time out of her day to come out and talk for an extended period of time and thoroughly explained everything. As much as I love their products and will return for those endlessly, the return really comes in the customer service you receive each time you enter. From your initial encounter at the desk until your goodbye at the desk on the way out it is a light hearted enjoyable experience. And any issues are also handled in a very diplomatic manner. You are thoroughly listened to and appreciated as an individual and it is proven with every visit! Thanks Lacy and team you're a true asset to Warren St. and Hudson, NY! Integrity is one word that stands out strong here!

I needed some gummies for laughs and some for sleeping as well. Gabriel was a gem and completely listened to my needs. He told me if they don’t work to come back and we would keep at it until we find something that does work. Gabriel is a great person who knows his marijuana and will help you learn as well. I can’t wait to see them again soon.

My first time in today! What a GORGEOUS shop inside 😍! Shoutout to Rachel the budtender for being so amazing and matching my crazy energy! Prices are with tax included so what you see is what you pay! No secrets! You can either place a pre-order on their website or walk in and buy in store. They have a wide range and variety of products from cannabis products to smoking accessories and the pricing is really reasonable compared to other places in Hudson!! Will be my local Hudson dispensary! 💪🏼🫶🏼🍃

If you a traveling thru Hudson NY definitely check out River Bend Dispensary. The assortment of various products is huge and the knowledge and personalized touch make it a five star business. The friendly and experienced bud tenders make it fun and can help guide you to finding a new strain and fits your nature.

I’m relatively new to the world of dispensaries, having come recently from the world of gray-market smoke shops. But I know when I see a well-organized operation with a competent and knowledgeable staff. I see that at River Bend and I appreciate it, and I appreciate the outstanding customer service and the great product selection as well. I’m happy to have River Bend as my dispensary!

*edit 9/7* shout out to th door man for having a quarter at the ready for me when he saw the meter man coming. You can't get much better than that for customer service ✌🏼 Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, great selection. I had mentioned a strain I enjoyed that came from another location and the kid helping me was able to cross check it to what they had. So happy to have a place close by now!

During our annual visit to Hudson, my wife and I found ourselves at Riverbend. In a bright and cheery atmosphere we encountered friendly knowledgeable budtenders, a well laid out floor plan and any product you could possibly want. Quite reasonably priced to boot. Been to a number of dispensaries, and we now have a new fav. We shall return!

Highly recommend. Budtenders always make it a good time for me to learn about their products so I’m getting the right thing. The selection is large, but still easy to navigate. To top it all off, the Warren street vibes are top-notch, there was a guy playing the saxophone down the street and you could hear him from the whole block!

refreshing to be in a space like this: clean, organized— and certified! i totally trusted them and my purchase. in addition, loved the Wellness on Warren section, so well curated, and an innovative approach to care.

I think anyone who has been driving to MA to get their cannabis now has a very good reason to purchase here instead. They have an incredible collection, and I daresay the pricing is also better which surprised me. When you see their products online keep in mind those prices already include all taxes. They have a nicely curated selection and it very much feels like farm to table in a cannabis sort of way. Great staff too!

Beautiful, brand new, legal recreational dispensary located right on Warren Street in the heart of Hudson. Great selection of New York grown cannabis and even greater features; I got a Skyrose Farm bundle of five full 1/8ths with papers, lighter, grinder and pipe all for $160!
